What you share with us

Our custom-order form collects your name, email address, product interest and inquiry details. You may also provide a phone number, estimated quantity, and artwork or reference files. Uploading files is optional.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, develop and proof designs, quote and produce orders, provide customer service and maintain appropriate business records. Sending an inquiry does not place or pay for an order.

Service providers involved in operating the website, hosting and email delivery may process information as necessary to provide those services. Website hosting also involves technical connection information, such as an IP address and browser request details.

Optional analytics

When enabled for this site, basic Google Analytics runs by default unless you have opted out in this browser or your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC). It helps us understand visits, traffic sources and successful inquiry counts. Google may process analytics cookies, online identifiers, IP addresses and browser/device information for this measurement. Analytics can run on pokerprintables.com or our approved Preview site when that exact site is selected and its analytics setting is on; analytics stays off on other site origins. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text, artwork filenames or uploaded artwork to Google Analytics. Our analytics events use fixed page addresses without query parameters and broad product categories. Website code disables advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization signals and Google signals. Google Analytics account-side advertising personalization is also disabled.

Use Analytics choices in the footer to turn analytics off or back on. Opting out does not interfere with using the website or submitting an inquiry. We remember the preference in this browser’s local storage and honor an existing opt-out. GPC keeps analytics off even if an on preference is saved. Choices are specific to this browser and site origin; clearing site data removes the preference and restores the default.

Turning analytics off stops this site’s further events and attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. Requests already in flight cannot be recalled, and opting out does not automatically erase information already collected. If you turn analytics back on after it has stopped on the current page, it can restart on your next page visit. If browser storage cannot be used reliably, analytics stays off on the current page; when storage works again, check and save your preference before relying on it for later visits.

How long we keep information

We retain inquiries, artwork and order information as reasonably necessary to communicate with customers, produce orders, maintain appropriate business records and support repeat orders, and delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
